FOX Human Resources is a specialist recruitment business focussed on the Architecture, Construction & Engineering sectors. Based in Sydney, we provide a national service to our clients and candidates.
We are searching for a proactive appointment setter to develop relationships from our existing database and to create meeting opportunities for our Director. The successful candidate will be an experienced and confident telephone sales professional who is looking for a WFH, part time role.
About the role
As an experienced Appointment Setter / Lead Generator, your responsibilities will include:
- Regular telephone contact with our database of business owners or managers, meeting daily calling KPIs
- Book meetings for our Director and staff.
- Grow your knowledge of our services and value proposition, to expertly and enthusiastically represent the company in your conversations with interested clients.
- Be helpful and engaged with client requests.
- Schedule follow up activities in our CRM and ensure they are actioned on time.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in a phone-based role, and you will be accustomed to making a high volume of calls.

Job Type: Casual
Salary: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
