We are looking for a professional Assistant Cafe Manager who has strong customer service skills, an eye for detail, keeping it customer focused and a passion for all things bread, pastry and coffee.
Our Bondi store has 12 years of local loyalty and high hospitality performance standards through out the seasonal waves. Great location and simple rustic bakery forward food, retail & beverage program.
Shifts will be across weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
We are looking for someone with the intention to grow into manager role.

The Gig
- Always give excellent customer service & exceed guest expectations
- Lead by example and train team members
- Ensure the Sonoma standard is maintained when preparing food & coffee
- Serve customers efficiently & process payments.
- Give advice, guidance & recommendations on products & menu selection to customers to ensure a positive experience & repeat business.
- Assist in preparation of display counters before, during & at the end of service.
- Ensure adequate stock levels, managing orders & stock rotation.
- Managing queues & meeting customer expectations, upsell to maximize profit.
- Keep areas tidy & clean
- Work as part of a team and provide backup to other café staff
- Be an ambassador of the brand

Salary: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
