Smart Choice Care is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers with High Complex needs background to provide In-Home and Community access support.
We have participants that require assistance and support with daily living and community participation. We offer short and long shifts allowing for a great work and lifestyle balance.
The successful applicant will have
· Minimum Certificate III in Community, Disability or equivalent.
· Previous experience as a Support Worker in High Complex Needs
· Must have a full Australian Driver's License
. Must have NDIS worker screening check
· Current First Aid Certificate
· Current Working with Children's Check
· Rights to work in Australia
Job Types: Full-time, Casual
Salary: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
