Our talented Copywriters capture the unique tone and selling points of each client we serve (more than 34,000 of them, in fact), writing with the spoken word in mind to ensure each brand cuts through the noise, and connects with those who matter most.

Each member of the Copy team takes pride in making sure each word comes together to perfectly capture the client's brand; demonstrating the versatility required to write for a range of industries, translate creative briefs into engaging copy, and help every client stand tall – including small, family-run businesses, as well as our biggest global names.

From next-day demos that showcase the potential of our products, to full scripts that enhance a company's identity, we consistently deliver high-quality work that gets results for our clients and sets us apart as the world's champion of audio branding.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Writing original, engaging and brand-congruent on-hold marketing scripts to secure the business of a diverse range of clients
  • Contributing to the development of the wider team through your knowledge of branding, copywriting and tone of voice
  • Thoroughly proofreading and editing scripts
  • Helping strengthen inter-departmental communications and processes to allow us to continue creating the best products
  • Consulting with clients that require additional creative support
  • Working on some of our most prolific key accounts and collaborating with other creative professionals to ensure productions are world-class
  • Meeting individual and team deadlines, drawing on your organisation skills to ensure every project is completed within required timeframes

What You'll Need

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a copy-related role
  • The ability to write powerful, meaningful and persuasive copy for a wide variety of industries and audiences, understanding the unique requirements for various formats
  • The ability to research, synthesise and simplify complex information, while digesting key details from client briefs and feedback
  • An awareness of brand identity and the ability to speak with clients about theirs in briefing calls
  • The ability to multitask, prioritise work, and manage deadlines with minimal supervision
