Our client's corporate financial advisory company is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused food and beverage attendant to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional service to clients.

Along with a commitment to maintain the client floor to the highest presentation and hygiene standards, the role will include a wide range of tasks including, coffee making, food handing and waiter service to function rooms as required.

THE POSTION RESPONSIBILITIES:

The food and beverage attendant will ensure a high level of food and beverage in a prompt, professional and friendly manner. Undertaking tasks including:

• Provide an excellent customer service experience to clients and guests
• Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and kitchen
• Ensure that all items are properly stocked and prepared for service
• Delivering morning and afternoon tea to the company
• Assist with setup of events and rooms as required
• Multitask between serving clients and performing other duties as assigned
• Provide operational support to the firm when required

THE PERSON:

• Proven experience as a food and beverage attendant or in a similar role
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and energetic personality
• Ability to present oneself professionally in a corporate environment
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work flexible hours, between 7.30am - 6pm
• Completed their food handling certificate
